I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Palermo that exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect as it was right in the city centre and close to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Lastly, the room itself was comfortable and had a balcony, allowing me to relax and enjoy the views. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

Good location very close to the station and also convenient to all the spots, Ballaro market nearby was wonderful to see life of local people. Our room was large so did the bath room. Owner of hotel was nice and helpful, we enjoy the breakfast in the room, too.

Great location - next to the central station, lots of shops around the corner, good start for the city exploration.
Very noisy at night - people who can't sleep with the loud traffic outside must ask for the room from the backyard.

The hotel is located in the heart of the action, making it convenient for exploring the city. You don't have to walk far to reach the best restaurants and supermarkets of the area. it's just a stone's throw away from the train station, which is useful if you are travelling with kids.
The room facilities left much to be desired.

Very handy for access to the train station. Clean, friendly family run hotel. No frills but it does the job if you just want somewhere to lay your head down.
Beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel owner was a very nice man, and the hotel is in a great location for the train station.
The street outside is very noisey, and therefore, difficult to get to sleep.

Convenient location for transport. Very central.
Noisy traffic - perhaps double glazing would remedy this.

The breakfast served at the hotel was great, offering a variety of options. The staff was kind and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for exploring the city. The location was also convenient, situated near public transportation so it was easy to get around.
The noise level in the rooms made it difficult to sleep, especially for light sleepers. The lack of soundproofing allowed noise from the street and neighboring rooms to be easily heard.
